Welcome!  We are an Independent Bookstore located in the historic downtown of Elizabeth City, NC.  We are fully stocked with New & Slightly Read Books as well as toys and gifts!  We also feature a fantastic Candy Bar offering penny candy, cotton candy and ‘Dirty Sodas’!  We have a regional history and authors’ section, artist supplies, and can help you find out of print books.  We are a great stop for boaters traveling the Dismal Swamp Canal.  Come see us in the Historic Virginia Dare Hotel  building!!
